The passenger pick up area is crazy ridiculous.
Everything else about the airport, we absolutely love!! But the people working and stopping people from entering there pick up ride outside is crazy!
Service is slow! Makes you sit on runway and at the gate. Parking lot is always full.

The Delta airline employee Kadia and the supervisor Kaylon at the MSY - Louis Armonstrong airport at gate C4 suspended my flight because I was sitting with my puppy on a leash waiting for boarding. I said I will put him in his carrier once we start boarding as I’m trying to keep him calm so he doesn’t disturb while we are on the actual flight as this is his first flight.
