My husband and I had some time before our flight so thought we would have a nice hot breakfast. The hostess ignored us for 10 min while she placed condiments on tables. When we attempted to walk to a table she told us to waitWe saw 4 customers in her section .When finally seated she curtly told us to scan the code on the counter to order. Downloading the code did not give options to add the toast etc.We ordered anyway and did not receive confirmation that it went to the kitchen. She looked past us every time she walked by never offering us a drink choice. We finally left and grabbed a breakfast sandwich at Shake Shack.I have seen numerous posts about the poor service and feeling like they were racist due to the color of their skin.We have to say we agree.Avoid this place at all cost.

Racist is what I would call this place. Yep, racism can go both ways. This is the 2nd time we've stopped here to eat while waiting on our flight out. A year lapsed between visits, yet the experience was basically the same. THE GOOD-the pizza is always good! It's hot, fresh and delicious! The drinks are good and cold. There are charging ports at the tables, which is helpful. It's nice to have a table to sit at while eating in the airport. THE BAD-The service is HORRENDOUS! Aside from the sweet lady that waited on our table (when she had time), everyone else in that establishment completely ignored us or was flat out rude to us. We ordered our food from the app & our waitress came over with the drinks shortly after we ordered. She was the only one waiting tables in the entire place, so we didn't see much of her. After she dropped our pizzas at the table, we realized we needed parmesan cheese and plates. I didn't see our waitress anywhere, so I walked up to the counter where the food is cooked & people sit to order as well. The girl behind the counter watched me walk up, she looked at me, turned around to the stove and ignored me. So I said, "M'am? Can I get some plates for our pizzas please?" She turned and looked at me with attitude and said, "I'm the cook, I don't get plates. That's your waitresses job." I could not believe someone that works in the service industry would think it below them to hand a customer some plates that are stacked right in front of her for use. I responded that we had gotten our pizza, but haven't seen our waitress since and asked again if it was too much trouble to get some plates. The girl proceeded to roll her eyes at me, yell at the man making the pizza's, "[NAME], this lady want some plates! Can you get her some plates?!" So he had to stop making pizza dough, walk to her area by the stove and hand me some plates that were stacked right in front of her. Now I understand people being busy, having a specific job even, but if you can't reach your hand out and pass some plates to a customer when they ask politely, you don't need that job! All of the other customers that were the same ethnicity as her, she greeted with a smile, gave them plates, condiments, and was generally very pleasant to them. I guess we didn't have the right skin tone to be treated with the same kindness. That behavior was completely uncalled for & that will be the last time we spend our $100 eating there.

How are y’all open and your servers ignoring customers and then y'all always out of food. Baby get it together I get it’s busy but to be out of chips, dip and chicken is crazy you can go buy all that from the store. Your servers are just down right rude not all but some. It shouldn’t taken an hour for food.

Can’t remember names but these folks went above the call for me. I missed breakfast by ONE minute while placing my order yet the serve made sure I got my breakfast even though they had to go and cook some grits just for me! The the power went out and they lost my check in the system. Waiter told me don’t even worry about it. No sir! Flight was boarding so I paid cash and told him to take care of it and what was left was all for him! Great people in that place. Bunch of Karen’s leaving bad reviews for this place that’s actually really good. I wanted to try the pimento cheese so bad but I was crazy full!Patrick WebbOwner @ Mr frostys Denton,TX

Literally the worst experience ever! It took the waitress 20 minutes to clean the table, and 50 minutes to bring the food. The waitress’s attitude was so rude as if I owe her something. DO NOT EAT

The pork nachos, chips with guac, and salsa were good. Prices were high, but both dishes can easily be shared by two people.

Probably the worst experience at a restaurant, even an airport restaurant. I watched as the staff ignored people, walked past, and didn't even acknowledge people. I saw several groups get seated and then leave because the waitress never came. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. I still only saw my waitress a couple of times in the hour I was here. I assume they don't work for tips because not a single employee in this place offered customer service. Easy to say I won't be back. Horrible!

I have eaten here before and the food is okay.Today, the hostess was VERY rude to my face. We live in New Orleans and frequent this airport often. We will not eat here again.

The servers said they didn't have a host and so couldn't seat us. Several staff were standing around doing nothing. A bit odd.

I got the pulled pork. Nothing to write home about…. In fact probably make it better at home anyway. It’s bland and well… airport prices.

"scan this code for a touchless experience" but while you can add to cart, you cant check out"No pizza today" after waiting to talk to someone for almost 10 minutesIf like a third of the menu is categorically not possible, would be nice if there was a sign. Luckily I found something else with a veg option
