The Wolly Burger was delicious and so was the loaded fries. I will be going back. I found this place by chance while looking on google maps. It's not noticeable from Airline Hwy since there are no large signs letting you know it's there. They should put a sign or two by Airline, something simple and to the point (Wolly's Kitchen - Now Open or Wolly's Famous Burgers! - Now Open) to get attention. Came in from Houston for business, since this place was right down the street from the office I decided to give it a try and boy oh boy was I not disappointed! I didn't even realize that along with the burger patty there is a spicy sausage patty as well....whoever came up with that recipe is a genius. Burger was full of flavor and was well balanced with the condiments. And that sausage patty came through with that spice that hits you nice and makes you keep coming back for more....read full review

Definitely a hole-in-the-wall but all in all a decent burger that I took to-go on my way to MSY. The patty is thick and slightly spicy, albeit moderately dry. The fries were a bit soggy, but there was also a delay between ordering and eating that may have contributed to that. All in all, a fulfilling burger for the price.
