Excellent little secret food hideout! Had the roast beef po’ boy with gravy... what a delicious mess!! Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed items from this amazing menu (smoked chicken, BBQ) and the service treated us like family- will definitely have to come back!
I love Char-Lou's. It's a long standing Lacombe institution, owned and operated by a Lacombe family. My favorite place to eat. Phenomenal food at unbeatable prices, always served with a smile. Their smoked ribs are incredible. And their fried chicken kicks anything from a from a fast-food joint into the weeds. Had a large soft shell crab po-boy. Solid 8/10. A bit salty and the bread wasn't perfectly toasted but the crab was fairly fresh tasting and cooked to perfection. Recommended if you're in the area.
