As a former manager at Izzo’s, I understand the importance of professionalism, portion control, and customer care—and Kashawn excelled in all areas. He was polite, professional, and efficient, demonstrating the kind of leadership potential any business would value.

Although there was about a five-minute wait to reach the counter, I know this is common in a fast-casual setting, and Kashawn made up for it with prompt service once I ordered. His attention to portion control was spot-on, and he handled everything with skill and confidence. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and impressed by his performance.“
