I tried the large size Bacon 3 cheese sandwich and it was very good. The French fries was seasoned just right & the strawberry watermelon lemonade was good. You can taste the watermelon & strawberries in the lemonade.
So I have tried them 3 times now. The first time was when it first opened under the previous owner: bad service, nonexistent customer service, and food looked bad and was not good. Told myself never again. Then I heard they are now under new ownership, so decided to try them again. So happy I did! I have had them twice now (under new owner) and both times have been a wonderful experience: courteous and patient cashiers, felt welcomed from beginning to end. Food is made more meticulously and it shows when looking at your order and when tasting your order. I highly recommend giving them a try if you have not and another try if you had a bad experience before. Again, awesome customer service and food was piping hot, made with care, and was very tasty, very good.

They are giving out false advertisements.On the back of a FREE FRIES Coupon it literally says "no purchase necessary" but when you go to cash in the offer they told me "it was a misprint" and that I need to buy something to get the offer.

I didn't give 5 stars because of the guy that took our order today..it's not midnight yet so it's still 2-26-2022..went around 5pm...I'm always super nice any where I go unless the other person gives off negative vibes then I give the same but this time I was having a really great day and still tried to get the cashier in a better mood but it didn't help..he was dry,looked annoyed,and I was so happy he was not cooking the food..the lady and the man cooking and serving the food/plates were very pleasant and helpful..if it weren't for them I would not be going back

Don't ever eat here! Due to a miscommunication issue between the cashier and I (not her fault), they prepared a chicken philly for me when I ordered beef. No biggie. The "manager", an Asian man with no name tag, proceeded to yell and berate his cashier for the issue in front of everyone. No employee deserves to be treated that way. He then started to yell and berate me for not ordering clearly. "Use the number! Use the number!" I said numbers are for combos I just wanted the sandwich. He still continued to yell. At this point I was so disgusted by his disrespect and unprofessional business practices that I asked for my money back. He refused! I asked him for my money back about 20 times. He flat out refused me. He didn't want to waste any food and he didn't want to give me my money back. I felt so enraged and helpless. What can I do? I walked away defeated and feeling like I just got robbed. To add insult to injury, when I got home, MY ORDER WAS STILL WRONG! This place is a joke and ran by rude idiots. (Again I do not fault the cashier whatsoever. She was friendly and kind and mistakes happen.) I hope she leaves that place soon and finds a job that treats her like a human being not a whipped puppy dog.
Excellent food and the manager was outstanding. We were accidentally overcharged by $2 & the manager called as soon as we left. He offered a credit and a discount on our next order. Thank you! And again, the Philly Cheese Steak is really good!

Decided to try this place after a friend told me about this establishment. I had the original Philly cheese. I added grilled onions, bell peppers and banana peppers. On the side I ordered a order if their cheese fries. The food was mediocre. I might give them another try my next visit to the mall.

I was very excited to see a Charley's in the Acadiana Mall because it is my favorite place to get subs. However, I was highly disappointed at the staff at this location. I was given a coupon by the lady who serves samples. The coupon had five different coupons on it. I used one of them and the cashier did not want to give me the other four coupons back. He was very rude. The man making my sub was also very rude by me asking for more mayo on my sub. He also did not want to give me ketchup packets as my order was to go...I didn't want to pump my ketchup into a little cup with no top. He also had an attitude when I asked for something as simple as a bag. Overall bad service.
