We LOVE El Pollo Loco. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. The staff was pleasant and the food was prompt. Thank you for the great lunch!
We dined in at El Pollo Loco on Johnson St. today. The girl taking orders forgot to put in our order as we waited for 20 minutes, while she played on her phone. Finally had to ask what was taking so long. Salsa bar was a mess, as were both bathrooms. Management, take notice. Not going back!
