Should use a different delivery provider. A dasher delivered my food at a different home without ever calling and customer service neither refunded me, nor replaced the $41.60 order

Absolutely disgusting-door dashed 2 pizzas-apparently they don’t like cooking pizza. The deep dish was completely raw in the middle…inedible. The thin crust toppings were raw…$40 worth of pizza in there trash. Called the store -got voicemail is full. I should have known better. Complete joke, both this store and door dash…rip off

Not a dine so atmosphere need not apply. The woman I love works there but unbiased opinion I'm a Pappa John's man but I won't turn down a slice unless it's Pizza Hut or Dominoes...never liked them.

My pizza has always been amazing but the service here is horrendous. I have ordered on the phone and they have told me a ten minute wait only to be waiting over an hour when I get there. Then get a major attitude when I had asked how much longer for my order mean while watching then just hang up on people with out ever taking an order while they were goofing off in the back. ( I could see and hear them) then tonight for me to call 10 times and finally someone answer only for them to immediately hang up.

This is the location, next to Albertsons, on Ambassador Cafferey. Food is as usual gor Little Caesars. Service could be better, if there was more than one employee working the whole store. Atmosphere is horrible.Homeless people inside and outside of store. Store smells like people are smoking drugs inside. Not sure if it's the cracked out looking manager or the homeless people.

Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all, much less kid friendly!!

Made an online order , arrived at store only to have to wait for order.Now because I work in customer service I got what was ready and not what I ordered to help clear their lobby. Puffs looked crushed and badly made. Returned back to the store only for management to say they have to make too many of those. I will say that the cook came from the back and tried to help. Beyond that no communication, front cashier struggled alone at the front. Will not choose again.

What's the point in ordering online when it's gonna take almost a hour on top of the estimated wait time. Then want to catch an attitude because I don't want to wait 3 days to get my money back. Online is just as important as in-store. If not take it off?

Ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza with crazy bread and sauce. She did not add the crazy bread, only the sauce to the order. I had to order the crazy bread and pay for that which costed more separate tha
together. The cheese pizza was burnt. Great now kids won't eat it. Waisted money and time to help with food for tonight.
