The Bundt cakes are delicious, but I wanted to leave a review because this business is very generous, too! They’ve supported our nonprofit by providing cakes at no cost for our clients, even though we planned to pay for them
Have been purchasing cakes from NBC since they opened. The cakes are moist & good, but the bundtlets are significantly smaller than they used to be.Staff & service have improved at the Lafayette, LA location(I stopped going when ‘Lindsie S’ worked there).

The store is great and the cakes are delicious, but the customer service today was lacking. Two female workers were rude enough for a 12 yr old boy to make a comment about their attitudes when we left.
