Fried ground shrimp paste wrapped around sugar cane. Served with a sweet chili sauce.

Was not helpful at all. Server spoke to us like she was rushing us to leave. Took forever to serve dumplings, just to be ugly in my opinion. Was not friendly or helpful at all. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there as a black girl. And to say I went there to sit and talk about god I literally felt like it was the devil testing me. Server was Addison P. First time here. It was delicious. The chrysanthemum tea was served with real honey and lemon. The grilled chicken vermicelli was fragrant and the vegetables were fresh. The pho and wonton soup broth were very flavorful. Prices are reasonable and service was excellent.

Sooo many people in and out, seems to be a popular place. I eat at Pho Ly Ly in new iberia often, and after trying Saigon for the second time I still think Pho Ly Ly is the best Pho around.
