Best pizza in town, imo. Definitely keep an eye out for their pop-up Saturdays. Their breads are also perfect every time, and the staff is extremely nice.
Excellent bagel. Actually crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Try the rye, the everything is sometimes sold out at Champagne’s in the Oil Cebter.
What a treasure to have in Lafayette! Straw Cove Baking Co. makes the freshest bread you have ever eaten. Yes, fresher than your homemade sourdough. Why? Because their flour is milled in-house! I am so glad Champagne's in the Oil Center carries their products, and that many area restaurants are featuring them on their menu!
