I recommend you go to any subway other than this one or the one down the road from it inside Walmart. They’re both owned by the same people and they’re dishonest and misleading.

ps: unrelated to the review, they will also inconvenience you by not opting out of the online deals, instead they will ghost cancel the order with no notification to you other than an email. But of course the order will also cancel after you pay for it, so have fun waiting for the money to come back to your account.

This restaurant will deny any order you place if it has ANY sort of BOGO coupon on it. The app will let you place the order, charge your card, and then they will cancel it if there is a coupon on it. I dont have money to keep charging my card like that. Completely ridiculous, dont advertise what you dont allow. Capitalism at it's most right here.

been here 3 seperate times and they get ruder ever time. Tonight they were very rude, telling my wife they cant add turkey nor heat it up.. then when we order, theyre drink machine isnt despensing carbination (which is okay, all stores have hiccups) but she tried to tell me it was fine despite how terrible it taste and gave me an attitude after i asked for a bottle drink. Shortly after they worked on the machine.

Very un-professional and it will be the last time i eat there and i advice you all do the same until they get this worker out of there. i did not catch her name unfortunately.

Went in at 2:30 ordered a salad and a foot long.Originally I was going to leave a not so flattering review about my experience but decided to just brush it off. Except it is now 12:56 am and I have been to the bathroom 1-2 times an hour for the past 8 hours.I don’t know if it is due to the shredded or rotisserie chicken or the veggies. Something is not right.

I literally never leave reviews but I just can’t understand how the past 4 times I’ve been to this subway they’ve managed to get my online order completely wrong every single time! Seriously the past 4 times.. and one of those times it was a completely different sandwich. Like I just don’t understand my order literally has every ingredient I want on the ticket and somehow they mess it up every time. Maybe nobody knows how to read over there idk or they just don’t care but it’s gotten to a point where it’s just pathetic. I refuse to go to this subway again and it sucks because it’s 30 seconds from my house but after 4 times of literally completely ruining my sandwich enough is just enough! I had 4 ingredients and they literally put 1 on it and wrapped it up.. no Mayo or mustard nothing just pickles and sent it out. Like good lord!!! (Rant over)

I guess someone new owns this location but it is horrible all the condiments look as if they have been left out over night all the vegetables are slimy and the tea is horrible the container that it is in looks filthy just absolutely gross I will never go to this location again

Very disappointed. Got overcharged for a sandwich. She literally argued with me. The people who work here are rude and customer service sucked. Really bad for business!! Not going back to this location.

Came in to the music blaring, worker on the phone then he just stared at us a while as he finished his call. The whole time he served us he looked like he couldn't give two $hits about his job, just annoyed that he had to work. Also he kept watching my 11 year old daughter giving off very creepy vibes. Definitely will not be coming back to this one if he is still here.

Me and my husband love the other Ambassador location, so we decided to try this one. We were very disappointed. The store was not well kept, lights blinking & very dingey. The portions are also very small, about half the amount of toppings we get at other locations.We skipped on getting the meal with our sandwichs because the drink machine looked very dirty.Even though this location is closer to our house, we will be making the drive to the other locations from now on.

Just stopped and got a foot long on white bread. Bread was not fresh. So crunchy I threw away a piece of the bread. There is an oven on site and yet the bread is not baked fresh.
