Wingstop

This is the worst wingstop in the Lafayette/surrounding area. I went there tonight after ordering my wings online as I always do. I checked my order before leaving because they have a tendency to do what they want instead of following what was ordered. I paid extra for all flat wings and to no surprise, the wings were not all flats. I kindly let the cashier know and she tells me “we don’t do all flats”. I let her know that I have paid for all flats and she is insisting they don’t do all flats. She then pulls up my order and lets me know the manager will refund me for all flats instead of honoring what I paid for. This is the 3rd bad encounter I’ve had at this location ONLY. Even though the charge is only $.80 for all flats, that’s irrelevant. That’s purely false advertising and had I known they “don’t do all flats” I would not have purchased from this indecent location. 0/10!

I waited 10 minutes to be served, they made eye contact with me several times, and i saw as the were making the wings, gloves were not being used.

i doordashed an order which arrived on time but the wrong order, called wingstop and was told i would have to bring in wrong order and pick up my original order. in this situation where the restaurant made a mistake i shouldnt have to get in my car and use my gas after i already generously tipped and paid a doordasher. i drive 20 minutes to pick up my correct order to no apology or refund for delivery. The manager could have refunded something or offered some kind of reimbursement for this total inconvenience caused by his workers.

These are the worst fries ever. They looked and tasted like they had been soaking in oil. Door Dash driver Brinna was asked to deliver in hand. It’s a good thing for the app or I wouldn’t have known she dropped off my order at the door on a cold night. Regretting the order, and the tip. I won’t be using either service again.

Wings were great as always but it was Super Bowl Sunday! They were so busy people were waiting in their cars and inside the restaurant.
