decided to let Notts do the cooking last night. I ordered the grilled catfish and I'll tell you it was perfect. I've had it from other places and it was so salty it was not edible. there's was perfect. you get 2 huge pieces of fish. well done Notts!
Service was great. Very nice people. Food not great. Very very overpriced. The gumbo was flavored water with shrimp. No crab. Our grilled chicken breast that was $14.99 was the size of a deck of cards. The side salad was just about 1/4 cup of ice burg lettuce and 2 grape tomatoes.
If they get things fixed, this could be a good restaurant.
drove from Lake Charles to go to Ragetta, decided to stop at Knott's. Bad mistake. people arrived after we placed our order, served before us. salad appeared to be days old to me. very overpriced for the quality of service. never again.
