I go to this location for my lunch break almost everyday. I finally earned 300 points on my auntie Anne’s app and went to redeem my free pretzel. Their computer said I had already used it when I had just opened it for the first time. They even saw I only had 5 points till I was able to redeem yesterday and commented on it. The store manager embarrassed me in front of customers and did not honor my coupon even though he sees me everyday. I will never be going back to this location....read full review
