It should be mandatory that the cocktail waitresses service EVERYONE! My husband and I were at the pool at minimum 5 hours and not one waitress approached us. The waitresses were not overly busy as we noticed patrons that were there before we arrived were consistently serviced and others were greeted immediately upon arrival. Let's start with the actual room, toilet handle stuck and toilet ran all night, sink faucet was cracked and water got everywhere, coffee maker did not work, sheets had rips in them and what I can only assume to be glue. Now, the main reason we came, the lazy river. Had to move seating twice, due to people smoking, kids playing football in water, hit several other people with the ball, all in front of workers, there was trash everywhere. Absolutely AMAZING experience! Jamie Patten and her staff have made several families of customers for life! They were professional, polite, empathetic and accommodating. Truly grateful to have selected this venue to spend a much needed vacation getaway! Our server, I'lynn was so sweet and caring that she should be acknowledged and considered for a raise!
