Items were fried and seasoned well. Longer wait time than I expected, but everything was fried to order so that was a plus. I asked if the fish was catfish and was told that yes it was by the employee at the window. It is very obvious that it was NOT catfish. That’s disappointing. In fact I believe there is a Louisiana law that’s requires restaurants to post and provide identification and origin seafood.
