Order time 6:25pm Order promised 6:56pm. Order arrived at 7:56pm. 1 pizza. Cold. Had been out for delivery for an hour. I was told that the pizza had been delivered but it had not been. The woman at the restaurant argued with me and was super rude. 10 mins later when I called back the driver finally pulled up. I’d rather eat at Wendy’s near by than ever do business with these people again.
Worst experience with a Pizza Hut ever!! I was staying at the Marriott for an out of town wedding November 4th, and decided to order Pizza. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes for delivery. A hour later I called and was informed that my order was its way. After 30 minutes I called back and was told by the same employee that it had just left and should arrive shortly. 20 minutes later the delivery guy finally showed up but didn’t even have my order with him.
