“THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL... MY FOOD WAS ALL FRESH AND THE BEST PART WAS THE STRAWBERRY BISCUIT, I'M DEFINITELY ADDICTED TO IT... OH AND ALSO I HAD SOME COUPONS COME IN THE MAIL, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE COUPONS AND THEY HAD SOME GOOD COUPONS, SO OF COURSE I USED ONE AND GOT MY FOOD MUCH CHEAPER THAN FULL PRICE... CHEAPER COUNTS WHEN I'M FEEDING 2 TEENAGE BOYS, A 4YR OLD BOY, THEIR FATHER AND MYSELF... WE ALL LOVE TO EAT POPEYES... JUST CAN'T ALWAYS AFFORD IT....“
“I recently decided to satisfy my craving for some Southern comfort food and headed over to Popeyes Chicken, using their app for a seamless and accurate experience. While my experience had its highs, it unfortunately left me with a few lows as well. Let me break it down for you.
Firstly, I must commend Popeyes for their user-friendly app. Navigating through the menu was a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. To my pleasant surprise, my order was spot-on accurate, with everything I requested neatly packed and ready upon arrival.
The service at Popeyes was another highlight. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and exuded positivity, which set a welcoming tone for my visit. It's always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely seem to enjoy their job and are eager to make your experience enjoyable.
## The Negatives: However, the main attraction—the food—unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The moment I bit into the chicken, I noticed it was undercooked. This was quite disappointing, as I had been eagerly anticipating that signature crispy, golden exterior with juicy, flavorful meat inside. Instead, the chicken lacked that fresh, satisfying taste Popeyes is known for, leaving me underwhelmed.
I hope this was just a rare off day for the kitchen, as I know Popeyes is capable of delivering delicious meals. Until next time, I'll remain hopeful for a more consistent dining experience.
Parking: Ample parking“
“Whoever that new manager is he’s AMAZING! Great customer service! Big smile I could hear the smile from him taking my order , I went to order an 8 piece family meal he ended up convincing me to purchase an 12 piece family meal. When I was done paying for the meal I went to hand him a 20 dollar tip he told me
“no keep my money that all he wants me to do is
come spend that spend that money with prien lake again” I’ll always remember this encounter and I will guarantee that this is the location me and my family will choose everytime“
“It's the closest restaurant for me to go to and then get back quick to my home and get full! Who doesn't love Popeyes chicken menu?? Always the same friendly service members, who are always having a great attitude with the situation at the time, (they be "straight -up clownin' " in the evening shifts) I can just honestly stay in the dining area and watch them cut up and joke around, but always will provide the best service whenever it's needed. They even helped me out tremendously with a $20 plus dollar ticket for the food I had ordered, because of my check deposit wasn't posted at that moment, but I explained the situation, and I was told to go ahead and just come back next time and square up with them on it! I'm not saying anyone who has the same issues will get the same treatment, but I go here regularly so I have a good relationship with most of the front employees and management there!
Dietary restrictions: They have seafood there so tread lightly, because I don't know if they fry chicken and seafood separate.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's not a big area of the dining room for anyone to be there for the long haul, much less a wheelchair. But don't let that stop you wheelchair enthusious from coming to get the best fried chicken in the area, someone is always in the dining area waiting for their order,or constant in and out by the workers who are running food out to customers who ordered from the drive thru. You Will get in there I'm positive on the issue!“
