“Service was slow, food was very bland and Chewy. location was smoked out from chicken grease and I waited about 20 minutes without any type of acknowledgement then I decided to place my order online and still have to wait about another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me and/or I got my food.“

“Omg I was so happy to see Ms. Brittany White again I thought is was here but wasn’t sure because I knew she was a manager. Ms Brittany is one of the main reasons I go all the way across town for chicken. When the other location on Ruth street is close but not the same quality or good product. Ms. Brittany always made sure she had fresh product all the time no matter the time of day. The bonus is she knows her regulars that’s not training but character. Ms. Brittany loves her job and people. I would order a custom order 5 legs original for my son. Popeyes became a Togo place for me because three years ago I had a major back surgery I couldn’t walk or move until my body started healing my caretaker would go in and order 5 mild legs for him, it got to the point where Ms. Brittany would already know why we were there and what we wanted. I’m already very careful about what I feed my son and my son and I rarely do fast food but Popeyes was always on the top of the list. But knowing the food was fresh and and restaurant was always clean was definitely comforting. Ms. Brittany definitely need to train other because I have never met anyone like her that knows her job and keep fresh product, but most of all care about her customers. Today my visit was good because I saw Ms. Brittany but whomever the manager was on duty need to take notes from her my chicken was not fresh and even though I didn’t mind waiting all he would say was it will take 15 mins. 15 mins is nothing to me when it comes to fresh food. They really dropped the ball. Ms. Brittany deserves a raise and put back in her rightful place.“
