“THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL... MY FOOD WAS ALL FRESH AND THE BEST PART WAS THE STRAWBERRY BISCUIT, I'M DEFINITELY ADDICTED TO IT... OH AND ALSO I HAD SOME COUPONS COME IN THE MAIL, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE COUPONS AND THEY HAD SOME GOOD COUPONS, SO OF COURSE I USED ONE AND GOT MY FOOD MUCH CHEAPER THAN FULL PRICE... CHEAPER COUNTS WHEN I'M FEEDING 2 TEENAGE BOYS, A 4YR OLD BOY, THEIR FATHER AND MYSELF... WE ALL LOVE TO EAT POPEYES... JUST CAN'T ALWAYS AFFORD IT....“
“I ordered online so that when I arrived at the menu board in the driver thru, I was immediately told to come to the window. Sweet young lady at window asked if I could drive around and park as my order wasn't ready yet. No problem as they had an influx before I arrived. They did have some anxious people in parking lot who kept hoping in and out and here, I'm assuming were gripping about their food time. It actually didn't take long for my food to arrive piping hot. Drove home, very fast lol, and just ate this great meal!! Thanks again. Super people and great service, just circumstances other people started, no problem. They handled it great!!!“
“First time at Popeyes and all I have to say is, "WHY did I wait so long?" The chicken tenders were so tender and crispy with a great selection of unique sauces. This definitely tops Chick-fil-A!What??? We can order Thanksgiving Turkeys from Popeyes? ?“
“The night time manager, the brown skin guy with braids, has excellent customer service. And everyone on the night time shift Dec. 4th. Everytime I go to popeyes at night the line be flowing and they just be nice and professional. My order be hot and right. It makes you want to come back. But they daytime employees. ??♀️ Awhile back I came in and the manager was to lazy to go put a sign on the intercom that it was broke. Left one of my apple pies out the order. And didn't care that cars was waiting 5 to 10 mins waiting for their orders to be taken and driving off not knowing it was broke. After that, I started to NEVER go back ever again. Lol. But my son wanted some chicken last night so I had to get him some. The night shift on Dec. 4th restored my hope in coming back to Popeyes. They should be commended. Maybe have guy at night train the daytime shift on customer service and professionalism.“
