So today was the worst food experience of my life…no lie. I ordered this salad and as I was just finishing up, I find a huge ball of hair and a few other single strands. I was so disgusted that I had literally eaten almost this entire salad. I called the manager of the Lake Charles location who proceed to yell at me after I had told her twice what happened.
