They need help out here at the gas station; pure chaos. There needs to be fluent access for both directions. Coupled with the barricaded area customers get stuck in LINES because we can't move. After waiting 20 minutes without being able to move, someone facilitated my access. I won't come back!

I am very disappointed with the employees in tire department at Sam's club in Lake Charles Louisiana. I've been a member with Sam's club for over 10 years and I never had to bring my vehicle back for tire rotation and balance twice. The very first time I brought my vehicle for a rotation and balance, they told me they couldn't do it because my lug nuts were swollen, so I changed the lug nuts. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know how my vehicle rides. The bad thing about is, they still didn't do a rotation and balance.That is not okay!

Since we have joined the Sam's Lake Charles Family, we have been beyond impressed. To have such a huge company still give that "hometown" "small business" atmosphere is truly incredible. From the store GM helping us when associates were busy, to getting high quality meat this place is truly a gem in Lake Charles area!

If you are looking for a pharmacy that provides amazing customer service, Sam's Club in Lake Charles is the place for you. I've been coming for years and the staff stay the same. They are courteous and go above and beyond on matters such as calling insurance. Rhonda in the pharmacy should get more than 5 stars!!

Great store!! I love scan and go!!! Today we got some great deals on gifts and snacks. We also went to the cafe after we shopped. The tables were filthy and it took fifteen minutes to check us out. And were were the only ones in line. We ordered a berry sundae and a slice of pizza and a drink. 15 minutes to stand there and take our order was excessive. And we were "helped" as soon as we arrived. We didn't have to wait before they began taking our order, it just took fifteen minutes to input the three items I guess. Anyways the sundae and pizza were great and a great price if you don't mind the dirty and a bit smelly tables you can even sit and have a nice bite to eat. The store was well stocked and we got to skip the checkout line because we paid through the app!!! Yay!

This review is for the bakery. The writing on my cake order was horrible. My 6 year old daughter could’ve wrote better than that ! I miss Joes because if they were open y’all would’ve never got my money! WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE !

So on today we decided to go to Sams Club in Lake Charles La on Sam's Club Drive near Golden Nugget and Lauberge casinos to do some long well overdue shopping. Of course Sam's Club has normally has a beautiful jewelry selection. Once we entered the store and got to the Jewelry Counter a nice lady came right over to help us. They definitely had some nice selections but not as full as I remembered but still nice. Never thought they're would be a jewelry shortage. Not a while lit coming in and don't know will come in. Found one I loved but we're going to shop around a lil more before we make a final decision. Then we started shopping Oh yeah. The deals and the bulk package is awesome. We bought lots of stuff to share. Of course had to get some Pinwheels. Those things are addictive. They have lots of already prepared meals you just have to put it in the oven. Bought the Enchiladas, Mac N Cheese, and the fajita all prepared just heat and eat. Very great on on everything. Bought some meat and racked up. The steaks were huge and very nice. The entire meat counter was beautiful. The value on the cases of water and Sparkle drinks the prices can't be beat. Im a Sam's Club shopper for life. If visiting the Lake Charles, La area cone on by.
