Horrible customers service in the tire department by Jackie. I prescheduled an appointment for tires and had confirmation of the plus membership pricing. When I arrived Jackie told me a price over $155 beyond the confirmed price. I offered to show her the email confirmation and she said "we aren't offering that special yet."
