Starbucks in Lake Charles

“Ryan st is one of my favorite locations! I don’t come nearly as often as i used to (husband bought me an espresso machine so I’d stop spending money lol) but when i do still come they are always super friendly, acknowledge every person that comes through the door!! No matter how busy they are they make time!! Food is always hot and delicious and the atmosphere is superb !!“

“Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!

Kid-friendliness: I always ask them to make a fun, non-caffeinated, drink for my little ones and they never disappoint.“

“This is a new location so we are very happy that Jennings finally has a Starbucks! My daughter and I were about to travel out of town so we stopped for gas and then drinks at Starbucks. We were both very pleased with what we ordered. I am assuming because they are newly opened it's a bit harder to forecast sales and therefore hard to determine how much inventory to order or they were just way more busy than they forecasted since they were out of a few items that they were out of. They were able to make our order anyway and we got our drinks and went on our way. Service was awesome and quick!“

“This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location due to being in proximity to it at the time. I haven’t been disappointed. I do hope people who’ve had a less than satisfactory experience give them another try!“

“The Starbucks in the mall is my go-to spot when I need a break from shopping. The staff is really friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The drinks are made just right, and the seating area is comfortable enough to relax for a few minutes before heading back out.“

“I want to start off with saying what a breath of fresh air this location is.
Let’s be real— I’m a local coffee shop girlie. I only go to Starbucks when I’m traveling because it’s a safe bet and everywhere. But t-mobile said if I downloaded the app, I would get a free coffee… then Starbucks had this holiday game where you would open gifts every time you made a purchase so I started coming to this sbux ALL. THE. TIME.
The reason this place is a breath of fresh air is because every single person is so personable, kind, and genuine. From the baristas to the general manager, they all treat me like I’m their BFF. I know there are some changes that were announced in the way Starbucks is running the company and it’s working! I REALLY enjoy coming here and now I understand the Starbucks hype.
Your holiday game roped me in, but the staff is what made me a lifetime customer.“
