Stellar Beans Coffee House & Edibles

Was really looking forward to supporting this small business while in town. They start closing down well before their posted hours to include all seating options. 10 minutes prior to closing they only had 2 coffee options available, nothing else. For a 16oz iced coffee at $7 you’d think it would be at least a decent coffee. The suggested tip amount was $5. Would not recommend or come back anytime soon.

Good lattes. Many different flavors options. Air roasted beans. Star Wars themed latte that i have to go back and try. Really good cookies.

Visited from Texas for a mini get away and fell in love with this spot! I got a Java the Hut latte and it took me by surprise. The cutie with the half white half black hair, mentioned that the owner’s favorite flavor was the one I ordered and I can see why! It was sooooo delicious I had to go back the next day for another one. I ordered one of the egg stacks which was awesome that they have keto/paleo options. It’s hard to come across places that offer a breakfast item that’s friendly to my dietary restrictions. I couldn’t help myself and also tried the BLT with brie and grapes, the next day and wow! I was happy to had use my cheat meal for that sandwich. They even spelled my name correctly which is uncommon. Very sweet owners and pleasant staff! Loved the trinket basket; leave one take one! Never seen that anywhere else either. Can’t forget to mention that it’s been over a month since I visited this place and the beautiful little spotted plant I bought has now grown 3 new leaves. It’s a spotted Begonia and pothos in one!

When we need our Stellar fix, it's a weekend excursion to Lake Charles. The sole purpose being breakfast @ Stellar's! 4 hour drive and a hotel stay to enjoy a yummy breakfast is not too much, it's about the four and the adventures around the way. So what makes you happy and Stellar Beans is a happy place for us.

A local gold mine. Friendly staff and patrons, chill vibes, a place to get stuff out if you need to (highly recommend Spilling the Beans. IYKYK). Coffee is very, very strong. Everything is delicious. My children love the beignets. If you'd like to support a local coffee shop in Lake Charles, you can't go wrong with Stellar Beans!

I’ve been coming here for over a decade & have never had anything to complain about!

The food is always so fresh & delicious - I usually always get the breakfast sandwich that’s totally customizable!

The coffee is always a 10/10 & the atmosphere is what really takes the cake. It’s a great vibe with locals hanging out daily.

Ordered at the kiosk and waited like 15min before I finally went up to ask what was going on (I only ordered a couple beignets). When I got up to the counter they tried blaming me and argued that they brought it out and called my name already but I didn’t grab it. That’s simply not true. Me and four other people were sitting directly next to the pick up counter, no one ever heard my name called.

This is a great place to get coffee and hang out. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is amazing. They have great coffee, snacks and even cooked food! It is resonably priced and within walking distance of everything. They are also pet friendly which I love!!!!
