“Fried Shrimp and Fried Catfish platters were absolutely delicious, as were the crispy hushpuppies. Our food was fresh and hot with fast, friendly service. The atmosphere of the facility was welcoming and very clean throughout. We look forward to going back and trying a variety of side dishes with our shrimp and fish.“

“It's been nearly 3 years since I was at Ft. Polk and I still think about this amazing bbq. Food was always fresh and so tasty. Just like you'd get from goin' to your southern grannys house. Wish I could get it delivered around the world! ❤“

“Pull pork quesadilla with jalapenos, fries, and banana pudding- absolutely delicious! The quesadilla was soft inside with crunch on the outside. The flavor was salty from cheese, sweet from the pork and spicy from the jalapeños. It worked so well together! The cheese and BBQ sauce caused a bit of grease to pool in the bottom of the dish, so I struggled to get through the last of it. The fries were nice and crispy, though! The pudding was cold, it just needed real bananas or whip to really finish it off.
The cashier brought the food out to us as it was made and made sure we had everything we needed. He even went back to get me a spoon when he brought my pudding out!
You have to stand at the menu to really read it, but all the choices were well priced and came with a side or two!“
