Having been in the restaurant business all my life, I tend micro analyze my dining experiences. Santos is my new favorite restaurant and was the best I've tried in a long time. Starting with ample parking, a clean and well maintained landscape, I entered to a smiling and friendly reception from the hostess. Our table was ready and we were greeted shortly after sitting. Excellent! The food was phenomenal and our server was on top of things and very helpful, yet unobtrusive. We brought another couple with us who had never been there and they were tremendously impressed.

Our first time visiting Santos. We were impressed with the service and menu. My wife had the crab cakes and I had the Lomo Saltado, both of which came out piping hot. Deviled eggs are a favorite of ours for an appetizer and the Holy Deviled Eggs met our expectation. Our meal was finished with a slice of the goat cheesecake. We will be back for sure to explore the other offerings.
