Bosco's Italian Cafe is a hidden gem that offers a first-class Italian dining experience at affordable prices. Despite the initial struggle to secure a table, the wait is worth it. The $23 Pizza is delicious and even tastes great after a few days. The wings are a standout, and the Italian salad is exceptional with artichokes, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and a flavorful dressing. The Caesar salad also tastes authentic and original. The cozy ambiance with old pictures on the wall adds to the traditional Italian atmosphere, complemented by an 80s vibe inside. Don't judge this restaurant by its exterior; inside, there is impeccable service and mouthwatering dishes like the Muffuletta, which comes highly recommended. Guests have enjoyed the New York strip, which was sold as a 16 oz but was more like 20 oz or more, and the quality was excellent. All of this, along with pasta Alfredo and a salad, is hard to beat for just $39. The wine selection is very good, and the service is polite and not rushed, although some found the margaritas too tart. Overall, Bosco's is a great place to enjoy a variety of Italian and Louisiana cuisine.
