“Went Halloween decor shopping today at Home Goods and had to stop in next door for a Crème Brûlée tea from UR teas. We walked up to the door and it was locked. The owner came and opened the door and said he was still there brewing so we could come in even though he just closed. He was super friendly and talked tea with us while making our drinks. If you’re ever out by this little gem you gotta stop in and give their Crème Brûlée tea a try. It’s my fav!“

“Oh my, what a fun place to have some delicious food, a variety of drinks, a great Lakeshore view and you can bring your pup as a bonus! I’m talking about Barley Oak on Lakeshore Drive in Mandeville Louisiana. As my pictures and video below will show, you are front and center of the lakefront, and have a variety of choices in drink and dining selections and also where you’d like to sit! I had the redfish tacos, my friends had the shrimp tacos, and we all shared the sausage and cheese appetizer, which was absolutely amazing. You have got to get the gator sausage for sure. It being pet friendly, you can have your pup leashed inside or outside and the people water drinking station. there are water bowls for the pups as well. Where have you ever seen that! There’s also lively conversation, gathering of friends and family and don’t forget about a stroll across the street along the Lakeshore, a beautiful time all around. There is free parking conveniently streetside or Lakeside as well. The Barley Oak will not disappoint on any level.

He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain their process from hops to wort, to yeast selections to the finished product. The beers were simply amazing. “i walked in and it was freakin busy!!!! so many people waiting for their online orders a lady even came up and pointed to her sandwich and asked the worker to hurry it up lol. But i waited a bit and someone took my order and i sat and waited. they guys there were busting their asses im not gonna lie. and when i was getting my sandwich dressed and wrapped they were all super nice to me and helped me out. one of the dudes even complimented my freakin akatsuki hoodie!! fr!! they also gave me some pairing cards cause i was waitning but it was only like 10 mins, super cool dudes“
