“Was visiting from California but wanted to check out the Mexican food in small-town Louisiana. I was impressed with the shrimp tacos, everybody else liked their food.
Chill family owned vibe. The owner checked on us and chatted for a bit.

“Food is delicious. I ordered marinated shrimp skewers, shrimp and grits, and chocolate cake to go. Cost was $53.59. The shrimp skewer is really good but $23.00 for 6 shrimp, rice, and asparagus is way overpriced. The prices will keep me from coming back.“
“Best Taco Salad I’ve ever had!“
“We tried this spot while in Covington and it was a pleasant surprise. The table chips and salsa were really good. The chips were thin and homemade which came to the table hot and the salsa was delicious. I got a shrimp taco salad and yuca fries but were fresh and tasty. I'll definitely come back. The hubs got birria tacos which he also liked.“
