Went to this location for lunch this afternoon...many, many issues with this particular visit. Arrived to the store at 1:15 (I can understand a little longer wait time, considering it was lunch time), but to be in line for almost 40 minutes is a bit much. This particular store does not have multiple lines for the drive thru, but somehow we were charged for the wrong order. When that was corrected, we were informed that there was no ice for the drinks. Usually I have good service here, but tonight I got there to drive thru at 11 pm (website says they close at midnight) along with about 6 other cars and no one came to the speaker. I waited about 7 mins, and nothing. And there was still people behind me in line! If you say you close at midnight, don’t lock the door if you’re not taking drive thru customers too.
