Food was excellent! Main waiter was knowledgeable and excellent but his helpers made us feel like cattle. but we made the best of it because it was my boyfriend's birthday 🎂 🥳

The food didn't have much flavor. It was cooked, but the seasoning was missing. Reminded me of how restaurants in the city cook for tourist.

Food was consistently good Thousand Island salad special was filled with seafood. Redfish en papillote was fresh and delicious. Waitstaff was efficient but stiff. Wine selections we're average but good cocktails

Services was horrible server continuously kept getting our order wrong bringing the wrong drinks would go missing for long periods of time because he was frustrated about getting the orders wrong food was decent

Tonight thanks to Meghan ,manager, Jose and Chris our waiters we celebrated my wife’s 80’s birthday with our family in the Pete Fountain Room thank you with the food and service it was a special time

Upon arrival, it was disorganized. There was no host stand, and guests were lining up with no direction. A host came over and asked if I had signed in. I was confused because I hadn't been told to sign in; apparently, you have to call to make a reservation and I did that days ago. I told him my name, and he seated us. After that, our server rushed us, hurrying with drinks and taking our order. It was annoying to have him check in every couple of minutes, making it hard to have a conversation. When he asked how the food was, my date mentioned the fried green tomatoes and crawfish dill sauce could've been better with more sauce. The server's response was that we should've told him to bring more, but we had mentioned it when he asked. The presentation was also off, with the fish on top of my sides looking unappealing. Also, the restaurant was extremely dark but I did enjoy the photos of Ray Charles and BB King.. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since I had chosen the place for our date.
