“Ok so today I had an incident i I drove to the Burger King on S.Claiborne while waiting in the lobby to order an employee kept yelling at me due to my 2 yr old autistic child who barely speaks she was playing with the wet flop sign , this employee was very unprofessional so we left before anything could happen no altercations , well we drove to this location sat in drive through and made our order , over all the best service food was amazing kids got to eat ❤️ before we could pay a lady in front of us paid for our meals and blessed us with our food for our kids I wish I would have caught her name , but it happened all so fast . If you see this post I just want to say thank you so much this definitely made our day❤️💯 you are the real mvp. Customer service was very prompt and professional, The lady in the drive through noticed we didn’t have air conditioning in our vehicle and she offered us something to drink she had a TikTok mask on she was definitely a sweetheart ❤️ and last but not least the young gentleman who brought us our food was very well mannered and very well professional .“
“Ordered online and went to pick up around 1 pm on a Friday. The place was kinda busy several cars outside and maybe 3 or 4 in line in drive through. It took a good 15-20 min which is the only reason im taking off a star. Thats a long time during someone's lunch.
But I must say I have renewed faith in the whopper. It had a great flavor. Also, the fries were salted and good. Order was correct with napkins and requested sauce 👌“
“Burger King has decent fast food. It comes out hot and freshly cooked. If you have any problems with your order, they will make it right for you. They have a good staff, friendly and efficient. It is fast food, so not everything is healthy. But for a treat once in a while, BK is good.“
