Centro Americaña Restaurant offers amazing, authentic Latin American cuisine, with a must-try Nicaraguan Plate that is delicious and well-priced. Despite its unassuming appearance, the food is excellent, especially the ropa vieja and con gris. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of a Nicaraguan grandmother's home, making everyone feel at ease. Even for those who don't speak Spanish, the kindness and lack of judgment shine through in the service. Special mention goes to the sweet fried plantains, a favorite that rivals the taste of Bananas Foster from Commander's Palace.
