Ordered the all you can eat. Chicken Tenders were fried in old grease. Riblets are much better then what you are serving as all you can eat. Never the cold slaw pictured in the menu.
Today is 6/22/2026. The food at the Metairie location was so poor that I've decided to never eat at Applebee's again.
The service wasn't great either. My cup was empty nearly the entire time and I was never offered a refill. The Bourbon chicken and shrimp was a joke. My wife had the fish and chips that was even worse. Nothing was fresh, it was all frozen to microwave garbage. This location has really gone downhill. I used to praise this location, now I'll never eat here again....read full review
