“I don’t leave many reviews but the gentleman Willie and the manager are superior and deserve a great review. Willie was very kind and respectful. His manager was equally impressive. As I was waiting for my order I saw her take care of another costumer issue. Pizza Hut is lucky to have these 2. It makes me want to patronize this establishment more often. Great job!“
“This is the best crew Pizza Hut has, and I know because I have been to Pizza Hut in Waterbury CT all the way to Fairbanks AK. It wasn’t even two weeks before they remembered my name and my regular order despite thousands of weekly customers. Very nice and real people working there. They make the city feel like a small town where everybody knows everybody.
All the morning/afternoon shift need to be pulled into upper management so every Pizza Hut can be like this. (I didn’t meet the PM shift). They are doing it better here than every other Pizza Hut.“
