Everything here is absolutely phenomenal. I recommend sitting up at the sushi bar bc I like watching them make it but anywhere is good. Every single thing you get here is going to make your taste buds orgasms and you might even need a change of pants. If you’re in the area, it is a must try!
First visit! The atmosphere was dark with loud music. Upon entry i was greeted by the hostess. She directed me to the bar to place my take out order. The bartender was very patient and helped me determine how many rolls I needed, as I know nothing about sushi and was picking up for a friend. I paid there at the bar, but the seating was limited and the dining area felt inaccessible. I just slowly paced back and forth by the door for about twenty minutes till my food came out....
I have been ordering takeout from the Metairie Road location consistently for over a year. The sushi is consistently delicious and the service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and the restaurant manager, Tori, makes sure service is always first class. I have had sushi from many different restaurants and this location is number one in my book.
