“We stopped in on a Monday evening for a little something after dinner. We bought a simple vanilla waffle(not the bubble style) cone. The vanilla ice cream is pretty good, but no surprise, the waffle cone was the star. You could tell it was fresh since it was so crisp. And it was cooked to perfection! My only big issue was the music playing. It was so loud and obnoxious! They call out the orders when they're finished, but it was very hard to hear. I have no problem with some house music, but I believe it should be at a lower level to help the staff and customers communicate.“
“Decided to give this place a try randomly after brunch in terrytown. Was shocked at how many options there were for dessert. There’s popsicles in at least 30 different flavors, more options of ice cream than baskin Robbins, and more things you can order off the menu like bubble waffles, creative drinks, and mangonadas. Pleasantly surprised. I will be back.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the bright colors and many options“
“This food was a TOTAL GAME CHANGER!!! Me and family ordered 6 different dishes,‘literally everything WAS AMAZING!! I ordered garlic Parm Lamb chops!! I've never been so happy to give someone my money in my life!!! Customer service: 100/100. Food:10000,10000 Taste: 15,000-15,000“
“The BEST (maybe only?) vegetarian muffuletta you'll get in the French Quarter. It's awesome but so are their other offerings. It does take a few minutes for the food, as they make everything too order but is so worth the wait.Vegetarian options: The muffuletta all the way!“
“The food here was delicious. Real collard greens, real baked macaroni and cheese, real smothered turkey wings. This place was nice. And you get everything for like $12.00. And that tea. My goodness. Soul food at it's best. It's southern not Creole, not Cajun, but good ole country eating. Please don't change. I will be back again. She can cook all the way down. And the special of the day changes so you can figure out your favorite day or you can go everyday. Them turkey wings were fire. I am saddened that I just found out about this place. Oh and I haven't tried it yet, but she has a $1.50 breakfast.“
“I thought this was gonna end bad. Lots of empty tables but have to wait until one was cleaned for us. She knew we were waiting and took her time. But Jada did a great job serving us, though the food didn't come at the same time. The Food....OMG! It's awesome I had the Creole Grits and I was scraping the plate. The Waffle Sandwich is a treat also. The food is good and the staff is young and energetic. Smiles all over the place. Thank you Candi for taking our picture.“
“Got the milk tea with tapioca and taro milk tea with tapioca. Milk tea on the bitter side, but very strong. Not as creamy as I like. Taro tasted weird. Definitely didn't taste like taro. It had a funky before taste and then kinda tasted like taro. Tapioca balls were in the hard side. Wasn't very chewy.“
