Went in today and waited over 20 minutes for a latte that never came out. As I waited I watched people that ordered after me come and leave which happens sometimes. The breaking point was watching the staff make and drink their own coffee in the work area (which is an OSHA violation) and still never prepared my drink. I attempted to talk to the store manager who offered me a free coffee instead of addressing the lack of food safety and customer service
Amazing place with a relaxed environments great place to read, study. Has outdoor and indoor seating. A great variety of drinks and pastries!
Please provide more information on your new points system. This is an ABSOLUTE disaster, and none of your employees know how to transfer to the new system. I have over 500 points that I am now unable to redeem, which is two free beverages and a $1 off anything. How do I get these rewards, since "corporate" decided to move to a new system and no longer honor these rewards?
