I was totally disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken breasts were dry and hard. The rolls were hard. The green beans were hard. The sweet tea was bitter. I thought that she was one of the best Chef. All the guests were complaining about the food. I was upset.
We highly recommend Chef Pat. We had her cater work meetings for us and she gave us numerous options for what we wanted to spend. She and her staff gave us excellent service and the food was great! Everyone commented on the quality and quantity of food! She was extremely easy to work with went above and beyond to take care of us!
I was at an event for work and Pat Nolan Catering served us soggy brown salad with our meal it was disappointing and just gross.
