Absolutely fabulous shrimp omelets, and homemade from-scratch boudin balls. He also is open the third weekend of every month at Bayou Trade-Days beside the Brookshire’s on Desiard. Chef James has cooked for five governors of Louisiana. Don’t you deserve the same?
