The Manager, Eugene Whitney is very aggressive with his staff. He also charges an automatic donation to your order without asking, which according to the Firehouse Sub Foundation, he is not supposed to do. Based on how he treated his staff today, I will not support this establishment again.
The manager needs to be educated in how to treat employees, door dashers, and anyone he thinks is beneath him. Depends on who you ask he's either fantastic or horrible. If you're in law enforcement, lawyer, long time frequent customer, etc you've likely had good experiences at this location. If you're a person he believes is beneath him you've probably seen a different side.
