“It's a Louisianan pasta bar. Don't expect radicchio or arugula. But I suspect they may get some after this review :) For Monroe, it's a bit of a hidden gem. I'd've never discovered it were it not for Yelp (it's basically off a Wal-Mart parking lot and I don't do Wally World as a general rule). But I'm very glad I have. There are very limited food options in this town and it's nice to have one with real food that one can customize. Homemade sauces taste homemade, as does theirs. Shaved parmigiano Reggiano also makes a big difference--kudos. The shrimp were $1 each and flavorful if overdone, and large. Pasta was well past al dente but the staff's friendliness and eagerness ultimate mattered more. Next time I'll ask for al dente, but there will be a next time. They need to add more raw veggies, fresh greens, and other pasta shapes. Their Parma Rosa sauce (pasticcio) would be divine on gnocchi if they only offered them.“
“Absolutely amazing food, atmosphere, and service. You may have to wait a little bit for your food, but I promise you it’s worth it! Everything we had was delectable, from cocktails to our entrees! Cannot recommend enough! I would suggest making a reservation, but luckily, there were seats open at the bar. We had a wonderful experience! ❤️“

Homemade pasta, the Italian sausage, the pasta sauce, all homemade. The bread.. I wasnt prepared for the size of the serving either. Considering every Italian-wannabe chain has small portions and large price tags. It was delicious! Ive eaten at many "Mom n Pop" Italian restaurants, but I dont think any others made their own sausage. Kudos to Geno's! I will be back!“
“It was late so we had to do the drive thru but they were very friendly when taking my phone order and when we went to pick up our food at the window. More importantly the pizza was surprisingly fire! I live in Chicago and we have some of the best pizza in the world but this place was not shameful like most places in cities I've visited. I got the chicken ranchero. Bussin'!“
“While on a business trip to West Monroe, I ordered a 10" pepperoni and olive pizza and a 2 liter of coke. I did not want a 2 liter, but the store does not carry smaller sizes. My hotel is less than a mile from the store. I attempted to order online, but the site did not recognize the hotel address and would not let me order. I had to call to order which wasn't a big deal. The young lady I spoke with was very nice. The order arrived about an hour later and the driver was also very nice. The pizza was awesome. Great job on quality. The order was a little less than $19 with tax.“
“We loved Milano’s! Just passing through town on our RV journey, and this restaurant caught our eye. We also caught the delicious aroma of the garlic rolls before we entered, too. Food was absolutely terrific and delivered hot. Our server Ashley was a doll and down-home friendly. We’d definitely eat here often if we lived locally!“
