The only downside to this place:it's not free. Food is always great, service is always great, the wait is minimal but due to time of day it fluctuates. The literal only place we get fried chicken now. Please don't change.
My family calls this, "crack chicken" and they have not failed us yet. I fell in love with the location in Natchitoches and didn't think the Monroe location would be as good. The chicken has always been fresh and the seasoning has a slight spice to it that's pleasant and not too overpowering. I don't visit the Southside often, but I definitely stop here whenever I do.
The service isn’t always the best, but this chicken is worth it! It’s crusty and well seasoned! I live in another state and make a point to stop here whenever I’m in town! Delicious chicken so check it out and don’t forget the fries!
