Subway in Monroe

“Busy today! This store is fairly easy to get into if you plan ahead. Ser ice is usually quick. A big to go order of several sandwiches slowed things down today. Food was food, service was good. Getting out of that parking lot.....a nightmare!“

“We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.“

“The only reason this place is getting an amazing review is because of their girl, Megan. I really hope I spelled her name correctly. I placed an online order this morning & when I get there, this poor girl is BY HERSELF during lunch & is rocking it! She made my order right then (she's understandably behind) and was so apologetic. I kept reassuring her it was ok & tried to help her laugh & smile. Yall need to recognize this woman, she's new & by herself on a lunch shift during the week!! Thank you, Megan for the amazing service & sandwich!“

“This Subway Usually Has The Freshest Veggies And Meat. They're Also Well Made, IMO. Good Service With A Good Atmosphere Unless It's Busy. That's The Reason For 3 Stars For Atmosphere. It's A Small Store And Can Get Crowded Rather Quickly.“

“This subway location like all restaurant and food today has its issues with people wanting to work and be polite. That being said, I had a horrible experience there one evening with the other staff but learned how to have good experience that is sometimes just what you have to do in the world, is know before you go and do little research. Anyway I give 5 stars and tell everyone to come here during the shift of Shameka she is friendly, and enjoyable to take people order and knows how to manage the line. She also takes her time and is considerate to customer needs while doing her best to do the job. There are some other workers like all subways and food locations today that don’t. I advise everyone to just take their concerns to the Love managers and you will be told or compensated for your issues. Over all food was great and ingredients fresh, this location sits at a Loves that is not around much so the service is usually a lot better than some other ones that are busy. Like I said the younger workers and the night crew was not good at all. Most people need to learn etiquette and manners but that is asking a lot of this younger generation. As I said if you see something say something that helps the world. Shameka did 10 star service and try to show up when she is working! If there was a raise system at subway she definitely should get it! Loves manager here is very nice as well and will listen to your concerns too.“
