“I visited Marie's for the first time while in Natchitoches for the 2025 Folk Festival. It's not much to look at, but the burger I got was the best I've had in a long time! A hand-formed, well-seasoned patty with fresh toppings and a tasty bun made for great burger experience. I can't resist onion rings, so I ordered those, too. They were fried to non-greasy perfection: golden and crunchy. The folks who waited on me were great: friendly and helpful.I think this will become my #1 stop on future trips to Natchitoches.”

“My husband and I have been wanting to try out SweetD’s for a long time; we had an opportunity to get lunch there today! We were not disappointed!!! The food is fantastic. I got a chicken salad croissant, tomato basil soup, and a Keto chocolate chip cookie. My husband got the broccoli salad. It was all delicious! FYI: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the establishment is very clean! In my personal opinion, you won’t be disappointed on any level! We will definitely be going back!”

“My husband, son and I were on a road trip and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. We love Mexican food so we thought this would be a good choice. The food was unbelievably good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was not at all what I expected. It was full of chicken, onions, bell peppers, and the tortilla was absolutely perfect. It was served with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Best quesadilla I've ever had. My husband and son felt the same about their meals. - they were outstanding. We will definitely plan a return visit.”

“Lasyone's doesn't only have homsey charm and delicious food (they're fresh green beans that are battered in the kitchen are the bomb) they have great employees and customer service. I left my hat on the beach outside of the restaurant over a month ago.. I live in Shreveport so I had to call. I spoke with Shawn and hid it in the closet for me and I picked it up today! What's not to love!”

“Customer service was great. I called and ordered a king cake and it was ready for me to pick up the same day. I couldn’t choose between strawberry or cream cheese so I got 1/2 strawberry and 1/2 cream cheese. As for the cake itself, well I obviously couldn’t wait to take a picture before I had a piece. This will be my go to place for king cakes from now on.”

“It didn't take long to get a table, even if the main parking lots were completely full. They warned us about the wait time on a Sunday, but the food was totally WORTH the wait!!
Amazing food! Great pork chops (highly recommend adding the crawfish sauce and shrimp!) and the catfish with or without the etouffee was great too! And those fries are the amazing battered crunchy ones!”
