They have hot sake green apple sake no less! That's some good stuff, their sushi chef is second to none and I've been to a lot of sushi places! Places! They're tempora batter is crispy and not overpowering. The steak is not always the best, but you don't go to a sushi restaurant for steak, right? If you want good steak, you can go to the hauna over by Walmart

If you're an experienced sushi eater you'll find this wanting. The escolar sashimi was strangely cut and tasted as though it might have been frozen.the squid salad was good. LSU roll was ok but festival pricing of $25 was pretty steep!

1. NOT even CLOSE TO HIBACHI style. They cook in the back.
2. We couldn't order dessert because they deliberately limited what they would cook: limited items.
3. CRAB sushi: wasn't a real crab. The Fish is dyed and passed as crab meat.
4. Called for a reservation two weeks ago and then this evening to ensure our reservation. Called to reconfirm, they had to call a manager.

Candidly, Sushi was good. Portions for kids...nonexistent.
