I come in the only person in line. Then 2 men come out the restroom they then the worker tells me they were there first. So I wait THEN they take 2 drive thru orders before me. By the way when I go to the box to order they tell me I have to come inside. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable
I came in around 6:15pm and they already had chairs stacked on top of the table basically closing the lobby early. Both workers moved extremely slow, and when I asked for a *little* ranch on my pizza they drenched it. Not a pleasant experience, it’s hard to mess up a pizza. Also found it strange they put my pizza box in a giant brown bag, like comically large.
What a great experience, they did an excellent job on the sandwich. I have no complaints, the people were very courteous to me and very respectful.

Subway on South Dr has a new and welcoming staff, making every customer feel appreciated. The employees are friendly and the place is clean and tidy. The sandwiches are made perfectly, with just the right amount of ingredients. Though they used to accept coupons, now they don't, which was disappointing for some customers. The change in management has made a noticeable positive impact on the overall experience at this Subway location.
