We purchased crawfish from B&L last night and were surprisingly disappointed with what had when we got home. We've bought from them for years and never had an issue. I called the business and voiced my concerns. The manager went above and beyond to make it right. I understand things happen sometimes and very much appreciate a business that values the customer's experience and works hard to make it right. Hats off to you B&L.
